The hotel is near the train station. It made getting around easy. The room was spacious enough, especially the bathroom. Breakfast had various options to pick.

the location was acceptable as a short walk from transport links. it certainly made arrivals simpler.
The air conditioning did not function, this made the room very uncomfortable. i reported this, but staff just provided a fan. the breakfast service lacked attentiveness. I had to set my own table and request coffee.

The location was indeed very convenient, close to both the train station and vaporetto stops. I found the staff particularly helpful. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and I liked the outdoor courtyard.
The television offered only Italian channels. This was a very slight drawback.

The location was convenient to the bus and train stations. The staff ensured that I felt welcome. They were kind. I appreciate them arranging a breakfast box for my early departure at 5 am. The price point was a good value for this city.
The payment process seemed odd. The hotel attempted to preauthorize my card two weeks prior. My bank stated that the payment method was via magnetic strip. This raised security concerns. I have never encountered this with a reputable hotel. I found the air conditioning system to be subpar. It did not function well .
